In order to accomplish you dream, you have to have total reconstruction of your ego and way of communicating with the world around him.
Also and most importantly you have to have a taste of satisfaction on your tip of tongue. Doesn't need to be a easy satisfactioner(probably not a real word but hope it make sense) but sometime you should be satisfied and relexed.

I really hate when people says that.
